Student Society Events

Media Services provide audio-visual equipment for student society events at a discounted rate. We can give advice on equipment you may need and it is possible to hire technical staff to assist with larger events.

To book equipment, download the Student Society AV form from the side bar, complete and email to us at least three working days before your event. At the bottom of the form are current terms and conditions for equipment booking.

Please also find in the side bar a Rates and Charges Sheet and an Equipment Guide, or alternatively contact the Students Union.

Payment for equipment is processed after your event by invoice, and sent to the University's Finance Department. For any queries regarding this, to request an invoice or for more information please email us.
